1. From the drawings

2. Day before
- All cement, sand, aggregate on site; bags counted
- Cover blocks at nominal cover, ≤ 1 m apart
- Top steel on chairs; walking planks laid
- Shuttering clean, oiled, tight; pipes and boxes tied
- Engineer inspected and said go; steel photographed
- Mixer, vibrator + spare, fuel, cube moulds, lights, water

Any stop: time and where
Cube samples: batch nos.
